Leaky, old plumbing prompted these homeowners to renovate their bathroom. A once dysfunctional bathroom was transformed into a fresh, new space that still mimics its past. The original blue-green pencil tiles were salvaged by the homeowner and reinstalled in the tile wainscoting. We changed out the radiator to a heated towel warmer to save space and add that extra bit of luxury.

Before, the bathroom had no storage, and now there is a recessed linen cabinet and drawers that add functionality and a little sparkle to the space. The original medicine cabinet was refreshed and a new toilet was installed.

The showstopper of the bathroom is definitely the tub/shower. A vintage inspired shower fixture was installed and it shines like a jewel among the subway tile. The homeowners now enjoy relaxing baths in their new soaking tub with marble accents.
