This 1930’s South Minneapolis home began with an unfinished ½ story, and features an attic finish with a shed dormer which would house two bedrooms, a ¾ bath, and a kids play/study nook. Built-in cabinets and cubbies were used throughout the space to create efficient organized space. Economic products of cultured marble counters and sheet vinyl flooring were used in the bathroom. The tiled shower uses a combination of subway and hexagonal tile. A tiled border and shower bench provide an interesting highlight in the bath.
