This 1906 home’s upstairs bath was in need of updating. The homeowners wanted a vintage-inspired look to coordinate with the rest of the updates to their home. The space was gutted to the studs and the plumbing was updated to the basement to improve water pressure. The awkward tub was removed and replaced with a custom tiled shower. The shower & bathroom floor were tiled in Carrara marble hexagon tile, while the walls were done in a subway with putty-colored grout. A vintage-inspired stone accent runs through the wall tile. To maximize storage, a new linen cabinet was created in the eaves. The lighting was updated, along with the medicine cabinet & hardware.
