Crumbling tile in the shower surround and old lead pipes inspired a bathroom remodel in this Highland Park home in St. Paul. The homeowners decided to pitch in and gut the bathroom to the studs on their own. Afterward, Castle took over to work on the plumbing, electric, tile, etc. The existing tub was reused, but brought back to life with re-glazing. Classic white subway tile was used for the shower surround to stay true to the style of the home. The vanity from Ikea provides great storage with large pull out drawers. Finally, a glass block window was installed for privacy.
