In this project Castle’s client had an unfinished attic space in a Golden Valley home.  The space was partially finished with most of the framing complete.  Castle’s design team helped to work with the client to navigate the codes and zoning rules relating to adding a second living unit to the home.  An internal ADU was created which allowed for a compact kitchen to be installed that features rich royal blue base cabinets.  Floor leveling was required in the kitchen. A spa like bathroom was installed that features carerra marble hex floor and rich royal blue cabinets and tile shower surround.  A mini-split heating and cooling device was installed with a head in the kitchen & bedroom #1. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring was installed throughout the living spaces.  A stacking washer and dryer was installed.
