Whole house remodel. Phase 1: Lower two levels to be remodeled. Lowest level add moderate bathroom and bedroom with closet and egress window. Close off mechanical and storage space and add plywood shelves for storage in unfinished space. Garden level update family room with new LVP flooring. Paint all walls. Remodel kitchenette to L shaped. Upgrade laundry room. Move electric panel from bath to lowest level, install 200 amp panel and shut off. Update bathroom finishes. Phase 2: Upper two levels to be remodeled. Main floor to be updated with new LVP flooring and quarter round. All walls to be painted. Kitchen cabinets to have roll out shelves installed and will be painted. New tile backsplash. Ceiling texture to be fixed in living room and painted. Upper level living space to be updated. Hallway closet to be incorporated into adjacent bedroom as niche for desk. Main bathroom to be remodeled, gutted to the studs. Owners bathroom to be updated with new tile shower surround and frameless glass. Jetted tub to be removed and replaced with soaking tub and new solid surface top and new tile front. All cabinetry in owners suite to be painted. Mirrors to be removed. New LVP flooring to be installed. All walls and ceiling to be painted.
