Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as project manager in a residential environment
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A team player with leadership abilities

Design/Build Sales Leader

Our Design/Build Sales Leader is the first point of contact most of clients have with our company and is responsible for establishing communications with the lead to determine if the project type, location, timeline, and budget are all a fit with Castle. This involves vetting over 600 leads, listening, asking relevant questions, understanding building codes, and asking leading questions to gain a better understanding of the needs and wants of the lead to pre-qualify over the phone. In addition, this person will be responsible for communicating the company’s unique features, processes, and guaranties.

The Design/Build Sales Leader will own the sales quota for the Design/Build Division, about 85% of the company’s revenue, and ensure that the company’s goals are achieved through leadership, proper planning, processes, training, and management.

Responsibilities / Job Duties:

  • Communicate with incoming leads via email and website scheduling app.
  • Complete 30-minute intro calls with leads. During phone consults vet leads and arrange a home visit for designers. Share process, lead times, and use pricing on website to prequalify lead and make sure a fit.
  • As an overflow to design team, complete home visits and complete follow up budget analysis. Follow up with clients to answer questions, present, and obtain signed design & planning agreement.
  • Manages the Sales/Design Department staff by allocating leads and design agreements based on current workload and highest likelihood of the project being sold.
  • Set sales goals and recognize excellent work.
  • Work with the Production Manager and Design Manager to act as a liaison between Project Management Team and Sales/Design Team.
  • Communicates regularly with staff members through individual and group meetings.
  • Is a member of the management team. Attends management meetings.
  • When necessary, disciplines and/or terminates staff.
  • Tracks leads distributed to designers and monthly sales and builds/runs reports as needed/requested and provides such reports to the management team.
  • Send a weekly Upcoming Sales report.
  • Motivates Sales/Design Team to reach goals. Works closely with team to motivate, problem solve and eliminate obstacles to achieve a target of $600,000 in sales per month.
  • Works to smooth production lead times by offering sales incentives to clients.
  • Demonstrate and promote the company’s values and vision throughout the community.
  • Communicates effectively in person and in writing.

 

Requirements:

  • Seven (7) years’ experience in residential remodeling or architecture preferably in management position.
  • Five (5) years of sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing a successful sales team.
  • Regular and punctual attendance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of business principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction theories and practices.
  • Extremely high level of integrity.
  • Working knowledge of residential building codes.
  • Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and other business software.
  • Ability to motivate, guide and direct others to produce expected business outcomes.
