Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Minnesota and has worked in the field ever since. With an early background in environmental studies and two years studying meteorology at the University of Oklahoma, she ultimately followed her lifelong passion for art, architecture, and interiors.

She integrates her knowledge of environmental sciences into creating sustainable, functional, and personalized spaces, believing that listening closely to clients is key to great design. Natalie draws inspiration from travel—especially Scandinavia—and nature, and enjoys outdoor activities, yoga, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Chantel Tapp earned her BFA in Interior Architecture and Design in 2019 and has worked in both high-end residential and hospitality design. Growing up in a family of renovators, she developed a passion for transforming outdated spaces and values design as a problem-solving process that balances function and aesthetics. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Brent brings over 30 years of experience in business development, customer service, and sales, along with hands-on construction expertise ranging from laborer to foreman. He has worked on luxury homes, assisted living facilities, and hurricane-damaged properties across several states.

Outside of work, Brent is passionate about bicycling and co-founded The Recovery Bike Shop and The Cycling Museum of Minnesota. He also has professional experience in photography, music, and graphic arts.
