The homeowners desired their 1 ½ story to live bigger, and adding a shed dormer to the upper level and removing a wall that separated a main level bedroom from the living area created the needed space. The shed dormer allowed for two bedrooms and a ¾ bath. The Kitchen was redesigned with plank tile floors, Cambria countertops, and enameled Chelsea Custom cabinets from Bayer Interior Wood accented by the tile and marble backsplash. The ¾ bath glistens with a recycled content mother of pearl vanity top from Element Surface and mosaic glass tile.
