Add 2nd Floor Laundry

Add stackable washer/dryer to existing 2nd floor space. Note- assumes existing space is large enough for washer and dryer. Install owner supplied appliances. Excludes demo or disconnect of existng laundry in basement and new sink on 2nd floor.
