The second floor bathroom in this 1927 2-story home was ready to be remodeled. Working with the existing layout we installed a new bathtub, toilet and changed out the vanity with pedestal sink. Taking out the vanity left the bathroom with no storage, so to make up for this, we recessed a custom linen cabinet into a bedroom closet directly behind the bathtub. Keeping the age of the home in mind white subway tile and a hexagon floor tile were installed. We also added a pop of color with recycled blue glass tiles. While the layout didn’t change, the space was completely transformed.
