An unfinished basement turned into a fresh, bright open space perfect for family gathering. A once unsightly “bathroom” was transformed into a modern oasis where soft textures such as concrete and wood-look LVP help this basement bathroom feel warm and inviting.

The laundry room was relocated in order to provide a large open space for TV viewing and storage and for kids to be teenagers in their own space.
