The homeowner wanted to update her kitchen without completely gutting it. We saved the existing cabinets, sink, faucet, flooring, and wainscot. She loves her new maple butcher block countertops, brick, and pendant lights. The new windows dramatically changed the aesthetics and the kitchen is no longer drafty! A peninsula was created with tapered legs and a unique drop down leaf for extra seating/prep. Other minor updates to the kitchen included removing the popcorn ceiling, painting the walls/soffit/ceiling, making a new valance at the sink, replacing a few drawer boxes and adding soft close glides. Our client was ecstatic with the transformation and can’t wait to work with us again on the next project.
