This 1930’s kitchen had been partially updated, but not to the current homeowner’s taste.  The kitchen was transformed from a dark, traditional style space, to a more clean, Scandinavian feeling workspace.  The family now has a little extra storage with hidden trash and recycling that was once out for all to see.  The light, bright quartz counters and white backsplash provide a refreshing contrast against the warmth of the cabinets and floor tile that were existing in the space.
