This exterior project started by replacing rotted window trim and installing drip cap on 8 windows. The South façade was in really rough shape and the rotted fascia and crown were replaced.  The back porch also had water damages and rot.  All the storm windows were removed and saved and the porch was rebuilt replacing wood sill, posts, and headers that were rotted.  Last, the entire home was painted including the stucco, trim, doors, and windows.
