An early 2000’s remodel was not working for this St Paul couple anymore. A small cramped kitchen space was combined with a dining room to create one large, spacious kitchen where entertaining seamlessly flows into their family room and formal dining area. The amount of storage and countertop space was doubled where new, luxury applinaces and more functional layout supports these homeowners that love to cook. Rich warm cherry cabinets are contrasted by a bold Cambria quartz countertops and warm white tile backsplash. The lighting was upgraded to layered lighting that includes some sparkle from decorative pendants and sconces, and functional task lighting in overhead and undercabinet lighting. This new kitchen allows guests to be a part of the kitchen area without invading the chef’s space. Overall, this remodel has changed how the homeowner’s live and entertain – for the better!
