CASTLE Receives Achievement in Consumer Excellence Award
July 20, 2010—CASTLE BUILDING & REMODELING, INC. is a proud recipient of a 2010 Achievement in Consumer Excellence (ACE) award for providing an elite level of service to consumers.
Hosted by the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI of MN), the ACE award program gives consumers the opportunity to rate remodeling service providers in five categories: quality, responsiveness, meeting deadlines, professionalism, and communication. To qualify for the award companies must submit five consumer completed surveys and receive an average rating of four out of a possible five points across all categories, without having any score lower than three in any individual category. NARI of Minnesota established the Achievement in Consumer Excellence (ACE) Award in 2010 to increase consumer confidence in hiring NARI of MN members and to recognize industry professionals who provide superior service based on consumer ratings.
