The Castle Building & Remodeling team helped this client to turn her 1 1/2 story home into a 2 story home. The desire to open up walls on the 1st floor in the future, was also taken into consideration while planning and framing this addition. After 14 weeks, the new upper level now has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a separate tub and shower, and a very large walk in closet for one of the bedrooms.

Castle stopped working on the interior project after the drywall was complete. The handy homeowner and her family did the finishing touches of flooring, millwork, painting, and installing the bathroom fixtures, tile, accessories, etc.

A front entry overhang was added. Exterior doors, the furnace, and the air conditioner were some other items that Castle replaced. We were grateful to work on the project and improve this charming St. Paul home.
